SAMA House

This villa is our private home, so please respect the house rules and other important information as follows:

General Rules:

• Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and security at the villa! Please supervise young children at all times!

• Strictly no smoking indoors. A Rp500,000 fine will apply for violations!

• No pets allowed!

• Guests are responsible for the safety of all their personal belongings inside the villa!

• Outdoor CCTV operates 24/7.

• Moving beds is strictly prohibited, except for extra beds!

• Soiling the bedsheets with blood or bodily fluids will incur a Rp100,000 cleaning fee!

• Cooking is only allowed in the designated kitchen area, not in enclosed rooms!

• Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. (Early check-in and late check-out are charged Rp200,000 per hour unless previously agreed with the owner.)

• Maximum 11 adults and 2 children (ages 2–12 years). Additional guests will be charged extra per person.

• Maximum capacity of 20 people total (including staying and visiting guests). Visitors without overnight stay will be charged Rp50,000 per person (beyond the 11 adults and 2 children included).

• Breakfast included: 11 portions (+ additional portions for extra guests).

• Please avoid making excessive noise during rest hours.

• Maximum 4 to 5 vehicles allowed in the parking area.

• Fire extinguishers are located in the pantry drawers and kitchen. First aid kits are located in the 1st and 2nd floor pantries.

• Please do not pull or tug on the bathroom curtains!

Requests You May Make to the SAMA House Staff:

• After rain, please ask the staff to dry the rooftop before use.

• Before using the jacuzzi, please ask the staff for instructions and request special jacuzzi towels.

• Assistance with BBQ; charcoal is already provided.

• Extra chairs or a high chair for babies are available upon request.

• To light incense, feel free to ask the staff for help or borrow a lighter.

• To replace trash bin liners.

• For any general cleaning needs around SAMA House.

Not Allowed:

• Requesting the staff to shop for anything outside.

• Making any non-emergency requests after rest hours.

Extra Guest Fee (if more than 11 guests):

• Rp125,000/guest/night (including breakfast)

• Peak Season: Rp162,500/guest/night (including breakfast)

Extra Bed Fee:

• Rp50,000/unit/night (includes pillow, bolster, blanket, towel, and Amenities Pouch)
